Louboutin Designs Peace of Shoe for Grameen Foundation

Don't let the pink fool you. This stiletto is not for breast cancer awareness. This "Peace of Shoe" limited-edition shoe was designed by Christian Louboutin for the Grameen Foundation.
Christian Louboutin’s new philanthropic venture will support programs that combine the power of microfinance and technology to defeat global poverty to the world's poorest, especially women. So, this gives us gals one more reason to love the Louboutin label.

Thirty-three "Peace of Shoe" peep-toe pumps are signed by Christian Louboutin. The shoe retails for $1495 and 100% of the profits will go to The Grameen Foundation. Grameen Foundation was founded in 1997 by friends of Grameen Bank to help microfinance practitioners and spread the Grameen philosophy worldwide. They share the ideas of 2006 Nobel Peace Laureate Muhammad Yunus's “Creating a World Without Poverty." Through microfiance and technology they fight against poverty in Sub Saharan Africa, Asia, Middle East/North Africa, and the Americas.

This limited-edition, luxurious silk satin in pink or champagne and stitched embroidered ribbon peep-toe pump is available only in Miami, and L.A.

This luxury shoe is the stylish-philanthropic stiletto!
